Business Valet Services are typically utilized during the scouting and acquisition phases leading up to a client's purchase of a US based business. This service is quoted upfront based upon time / materials / mileage in direct response to a detailed assignment requested of us by our client. We realize that clients need impartial eyes, ears, and hands to assist their efforts to acquire, establish, or build a business prior to their arrival in the US.
Past examples of Business Valet Services assignments include:
~ Business Site Survey:
  • To photograph, video, and document physical conditions of any US business establishment being considered for purchase, then transmit the data to our client who resides in Europe or abroad.
  • This service is often used by our clients who are overseas, but are unable to travel to the US to perform this otherwise mundane task.
~ US Vendor Approvals:
  • In preparation of launching a US business, our clients often have business materials and advertising printed in advance of their arrival to the US by local American vendors. We often act on behalf of our overseas client and travel to the vendor (or receive shipment of the vendor's samples) to review, critique, report back, and/or approve after viewing the vendor's "proof sample"; typically done before the full run of work is produced.
  • For example, this work is often done for European clients having business materials printed in the US prior to the client's US arrival.

We can make all local US arrangements on behalf of our overseas client who desires to plan any sort of US business function to promote their new US business. For example, this has included:
